Then come and join our global team as Digital Education Portfolio Manager X-Ray/Clinical Application Specialist (f/m/d) to deliver best possible training to our customers while actively be involved in the product development process.


This position is part-time with 16h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In this role you are responsible to develop our global digital portfolio strategy and internal documentation for new and current digital offers for X-Ray Products (XP): Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Urology and Twin Robotic devices
  • You are participating in the development of e-learnings (e.g. clinical scripting, media recording)
  • You are closely working together with our Business Lines Product Management Team (in the areas of “research and development” and “marketing”) which means you are involved in the development process of our new products. You add value by sharing your clinical experience and feedback collected in various training sessions
  • On request you support with congress demonstration and may deliver customer demonstrations in the Siemens Healthineers Experience Center, remotely, or at reference sites/customer sites
  • Besides the strategic approach, you conduct on-site/remote customer trainings for X-ray applications

Your qualifications andexperience:

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in medical technology or similar
  • You have several years of substantial clinical experience and extensive experience in the field of application/handling of X-Ray Products. For us, this means, you have clinical experience on these devices, so you know what is important for our customers
  • Alternatively, you are a radiographer in the field of X-Ray products and have many years of experience in particular Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Urology and Twin Robotic
  • Staying abreast of the latest research topics and state of the art imaging performance is not only essential for this position but also your very own aspiration


Your attributes and skills:

  • In this role, you are working in an international environment. To connect all stakeholder and drive your topics, your English skills are fluent; if you bring in further language skills such as German, French, Spanish, Chinese, or Portuguese, this is a clear advantage
  • Business trips (up to 20%) are a welcome change for you since you are working on customer sites etc.
  • You have exceptional communication skills: You find it easy to understand customer needs and you have passion for handing over your knowledge in a structured way. Therefore, sound presentation skills (even in the field of sales presentations) are rounding up your profile
  • You understand the structures and customer needs in the healthcare sector and can thus develop and roll out communication measures that are tailored to the target group
