Job description
The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions
1/ Support and facilitate deployment of our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) transformation across the global organization and processes, including preparation of D&I presentations for both internal and external (i.e. UN Women) stakeholders.
2/ Coordinate with local D&I country and business partners to develop and sustain Schneider's D&I network, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating transfer of best practices.
3/ Support design and implementation of D&I global programs, policy projects and solution teams.
4/ Research D&I policies and practices to provide external benchmarking for proposed improvements to policies and processes.
5/ Help disseminate D&I approach and programs through different channels (intranet, internal social network, external website and social media).
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Education: Master's degree in organizational development, communications, change management and innovation.
Proficiency in Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Proficiency dealing with data: analysis and reporting
Previous internship experience or full-time experience, if no Master's degree
Early career experience in project and/or program management
Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English (fluent)
Personal abilities or skills:
Evidence of communication experience: written, verbal,
Evidence of strong: organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, detailed orientation, and interpersonal skills
Evidence of proficiency in researching topics and dealing with data analysis and reporting
Comfortable collaborating across business, functions and the hierarchy
