What is the role?


Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney the HR Services Administrator will be part of a vibrant team and responsible for providing high quality support to our employees, managers and HR team, across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Additionally, playing a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and standardisation of HR Services delivery

A typical day would cover a range of activities including;
· Supporting employee lifecycle events from onboarding until offboarding
· Generating employment contracts and Providing support and guidance on items such as; HR Operations, Payroll and Reward and Service queries
· Co-ordination and case management of employee benefit programs
· Providing support to local HR initiatives

Also, you will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously.

In addition, you will have the following essential skills:
· Previous HR administration experience and a good working knowledge of HR systems.
· Experience leading and/or working on process improvement projects
· An interest in reporting and basic/intermediate data analysis expertise
· Demonstrated intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
· Tertiary qualifications in HR (desirable).
