· Exposure to day to day work around HR Metrics and KPIs in Global Supply Chain North America
· Deep dive into numbers to look at plant-wise or department-wise trends – so the right actions can be pushed
· A huge learning opportunity as you work with application of data sets and the simple stories they can tell
· Exposure to a wide HR community and a regional HR strategy

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications
·  At least 3 rd of 4 th year students at undergrad level. Graduate students preferred
·  Comfort with Excel and Data, and willingness to learn more if needed
