The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions
1.To take ultimate technical responsibility for the co-engineering and support of Machine Solutions with HVAC&R OEM customers. Leading the development and provision of differentiated and innovative solutions to our internal and external customers, adding credible competence to Schneider Electric businesses.
2.Co-engineer, develop and implement the best solutions for the HVAC&R target customers, incorporating the full Schneider offer(s) in the HVAC&R application delivering profitable growth & customer satisfaction.
3.Convert HVAC&R application knowledge and experience into added value for the business through creating and sharing application guides, function blocks, white papers and success stories.
4.Identify the focus & needs for offer development within the HVAC&R application, and work with relevant departments to validate and create both repetitive (bundles / standard functions) and specific customer offers.
5.Back office and customer support.
Technical education and/or electronic engineering/informatics graduated with basic knowledge of the HVAC&R application and IEC61131-3 programming languages. It is an advantage to be seen with basic experience in this field by Schneider Electric customers & internally in terms of:
HVAC&R Segment application expertise and segment understanding (Local geographical standards, understanding of HVAC&R system issues, competitors)
HVAC&R Machine Functionality
HVAC&R Networks (Principles, connectivity, limitations, performance)
Industry Business HVAC&R Hardware & Software platforms
Industry Business installed base offer: migration from and interconnection with the Industry Business legacy offer.
Strong and Open competency to communicate with Customers, Local Sales and Marketing teams, Machine Solutions ADE Program and the Industry Business Marketing and Development teams.
Team building approach.
