IA - e Tool Expert - Shanghai

Job description

·  E-tools operation and maintenance
·  Work as service L1.5 for e-tools. Take, track and record request, forward request to UPL/service L2.0 for investigation / assessment.
·  Follow, forward the result/ feedback of investigation/ assessment to user
·  Archive document of request.
·  Organize and follow-up UAT
·  Monthly summarize CR/Defect cases and report to the stakeholders.
·  Strictly perform periodic access procedure and SOD review base on matrix.

·  Sample Ordering
·  Support the sample application and approvoal process in sys.
·  Validate and archive the supporting doc.
·  Assist on coordinate sample delivery.
·  Provide  daily customer service to sample applicant.

·  Back up for internal department staff

Education / Experience

Must to have :最低要求

Education教育: Bachelor’s degree

Professional /Major专业： Supply Chain management, business administration, Information Systems Management

Experience 经验: Work experience more than 2 years

Better to have : 优先考虑项

Education教育: Bachelor’s degree or above

Professional /Major专业：Supply Chain management, business administration, Information Systems Management

Experience 经验: Work experience more than 3 years, 1-2 years supply chain project experience. Global project experience will be a plus.

Technical skills & Competencies / Language

Must to have :最低要求

Technical 技能: Good Communication capabilities. Good knowledge in project management and system maintenance. Familiar with supply chain process in pharmaceutical industry.

Language语言: English communication (read and written)

IT Skill电脑技能: Good Powerpoint/Excel capability. Good knowledge in SAP SD/MM module. Familiar with SAP hybris

Other Ability其他能力
