Our Team:

The Digital Site Expert – Origgio will be integrated in the Digital Team of Origgio Site and will support the delivery and improvement of Digital Solutions for the CHC network by providing project management and solutions expertise to business users.

Although this role will be focused on the Origgio site, he/her will be part of a global network of Domain Experts in the respective business processes and core Digital solutions.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

· 
Provide digital project leadership for the implementation of shop floor systems and digital products, utilizing agile project methodology as required.

· 
Develop and provide application expertise and technical guidance during project execution.

· 
Lead and support validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

· 
Support the integration of shop floor systems and digital products with enterprise and local automation systems, ensuring data availability to the data lake while meeting cybersecurity requirements.

· 
Collaborate with business users, Digital teams, and service partners to deliver projects within timeline and budget, while creating business value.

· 
Take ownership of shop floor systems and digital products within the CHC European Industrial Perimeter, ensuring appropriate lifecycle management.

· 
Drive efficiency in the usage of solutions within the CHC European region, defining and executing action plans to improve adherence to processes.

· 
Identify issues and improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders, defining remediation plans and ensuring effective execution.

· 
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align site business processes with digital solutions.

· 
Contribute to simplification efforts of digital processes, policies, and tools.

· 
Actively participate in regional and global digital communities.

About You:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

· 
Strong knowledge of business processes in shop floor and manufacturing execution.

· 
Solid experience with digital solutions (MES experience desirable).

· 
Service/customer mindset with a modern "App" mindset.

· 
Agile-based training preferred.

· 
Computerized Systems Validation experience preferable.

· 
Project management skills.

· 
Process improvement and innovation mindset.

· 
Efficient communication and presentation skills.
