STAGE - Refonte des outils du Contrôle de Gestion H/F

Job description

Au sein de la société Safran Aircraft Engines, vous intégrerez le Contrôle de Gestion de la Maintenance de l'usine de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Vous participerez ainsi aux missions suivantes :

A) Optimisation des fichiers de clôture :

·  • Réaliser un audit des fichiers et formules utilisées pour les clôtures mensuelles.
·  • Analyser et s'approprier le fichier de Rolling Forecast (RoFo) et proposer des optimisations / paramétrages / améliorations.
·  • Proposer des améliorations pour garantir la fiabilité de l'information et gagner en efficience.
·  • Remanier et automatiser les fichiers.

B) Amélioration des requêtes SAP :

·  • Réaliser un audit des requêtes existantes / utilisées par l'équipe.
·  • Travailler avec le support SAP pour optimiser les extractions, assurer les mises en forme automatiques qui permettent d'optimiser le post-traitement.
·  • Former l'équipe sur ces nouvelles requêtes.

C) Adaptation des fichiers au moteur LEAP :

·  • Création d'un fichier cost tracker LEAP en s'appuyant sur les cost tracker existants.

Job requirements

Vous préparez un master 1 en Contrôle de Gestion et Systèmes d'information.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, Excel particulièrement.
La connaissance de SAP (P83, P87) est appréciée.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome.
