Job description

La ligne de fabrication Carters se répartit en deux ateliers de production autonome (APA), Début de gamme et fin de gamme.
Rattaché au responsable d'atelier début de gamme (Process : Usinage, ébavurage, contrôle dimensionnel), votre mission se répartira sur 2 axes :

1- Assister le responsable d'atelier dans ses missions (50%):

·  - Pilotage quotidien de l'activité de l'atelier
·  - Être support dans le traitement de sujets urgents liés à la qualité, la maintenance, la logistique, etc…
·  - Aide dans l'animation des processus en place : M1N, 5S, QRQC, management visuel
·  - Pilotage de sujets d'amélioration terrain
·  - Être un point focal des idées innovantes pour l'opérationnel

2- Piloter un chantier d'amélioration (50%) :

Face à la crise du COVID 19 et pour palier à l'impact économique résultant, nous devons intensifier nos efforts en terme d'excellence opérationnelle. Pour l'atelier début de gamme Carters, cela se traduit concrètement par une amélioration de nos performances opérationnelles au poste de contrôle dimensionnel, poste goulot de la ligne (réduction des temps de contrôle et des cycles, augmentation de l'efficacité). Dans ce cadre, vous piloterez un projet de montée en compétence et d'homogénéisation des pratiques au sein du contrôle dimensionnel.
