Job description

Projet tuteuré : Mise en place d'un protocole d'essai visant à démontrer l'équivalence des analyses chimiques réalisées sur amenées de coulées (par SEO/ICP) plutôt que sur pièce (ICP uniquement) :

·  - Compilation et synthèse de tous les résultats et des incertitudes de mesures des analyses chimiques réalisées dans les 3 dernières années
·  - Lancement des essais comparatifs avec notre laboratoire sous-traitant et synthèse des résultats pour dégager une tendance
·  - Intégration des résultats dans un plan statistique pour démonstration de l'équivalence

Par ailleurs il est prévu la pratique d'expertises métallurgiques sur pièces essentiellement en superalliage base nickel ou Cobalt issues de la production de pièces pour turbomachine issues du procédé de Fonderie à cire perdue en utilisant l'ensemble des moyens nécessaires (macro-microscopie optique-MEB/EDS)
