HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER FOR CHILE & REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Overview:

The HRBP reports to the Chile Country Manager. You will serve as HR Business Partner to the Diagnostics Division and to the regional Business Development and Commercial Excellence team. In this role, you are part of the Diagnostics Leadership team in Chile and will be responsible to drive the People & Culture agenda in support of the business and transformation strategy for the affiliate. The HRBP will work closely with fellow members of the Leadership Teams and will interact with colleagues in HR LatAm and others.

Your key responsibilities will be:

·  Co-Lead the Transformation Journey with CM and DIA Leadership Team.
·  Design and lead the implementation of the People & Culture agenda for the affiliate aligned to the Global HR Transformation and Latam People & Culture Agenda
·  Support the initiatives related to the best management of Union Relations in the affiliate following the Strategy and requirements defined by the HR Pharma and Legal teams. Establishes proactive conversations with union leaders in order to anticipate scenarios, respond to doubts and concerns, request support within the business to channel concerns.
·  Support and follow up the recruitment of key positions at the affiliate and regional BDCE areas
·  Support the rewarding and compensation strategy for the affiliate and regional team with the support of local and regional compensation experts
·  Facilitate and accompany leaders in identifying potentials as well as creating development and retention plans and succession of critical positions both at the local and regional levels.
·  Design and execute development and training programs aligned and adapted to the needs of the employees, ensuring learning and application in a way that has a positive impact on organizational objectives.
·  Be the contact person for the employees to resolve concerns regarding: career plans, development.

Requirements:

·  Significant experience in HR (affiliate, regional or global is a plus )
·  Proven results in leading through transformation, people development initiatives, evolving culture, and fostering organizational change and adaptability
·  University educated
·  Strong communication skills - English & Spanish fluency required,
·  Commercial business acumen desired
·  Proven track record of ensuring governance to ensure our reputation and right to operate
·  Solution driven and courageous and empowering decision maker
·  Experienced as collaborative and operates in networked capacity
·  Strong customer focus; delivers simple, fit for purpose solutions
·  Strong awareness and sensing of external environments and ability to leverage networks, internally and externally, to ensure exponential outcomes
·  Ability to lead teams and create a working culture that is transparent and values driven to accelerate the personal growth of employees; talent developer
