HR Operations Intern (Reporting & Analytics)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Operations Intern (Reporting & Analytics) for our HR Operations department within Roche Service Center.

As an active member of the Servicing System & Quality Support team your main tasks will include (but not limited to):

·  Preparing performance reports and related data visualization for HR Operations
·  Applying expertise in basic analysis to interpret data and formulate insights for decision making
·  Supporting the development and refinement of standard metrics, reports and dashboards
·  Optimizing data source and storage solution for better performance and user experience
·  Working closely to Operations manager, Quality teams, Operations Team Leads, Business Transformation Office, Global Reporting and Analytics team
·  Actively participating in workshops, meetings and work-related team events
·  Actively participating in the development, improvement and implementation of Roche HR projects.

Requirements:

·  You have high level of English
·  Studies around database management, statistics or data sciences
·  You have active student status at any Hungarian University preferably for minimum 6 months
·  You are available for 20-40 hours per week
·  You have good understanding of databases, data management, SQL or similar query methods
·  You are proficient in spreadsheet management
·  You are a tech savvy, you have great affinity to overview IT systems and their linkage
·  You are very accurate and able to learn fast
·  You are open for further career opportunities within Roche

Advantages:
