Executive Assistant to Chief IP Council (12 Month FTC)

Job description

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be supporting three senior team members of the Legal IP Team (2 on a regular basis, 1 ad hoc). This position has a range of EA, project management and operational responsibilities.  

The EA will be able to work remotely some of the time but a physical presence in the central London office will be essential.  This position requires flexibility in working hours.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  General executive assistance, including filing, expenses, diary work, organizing meetings and making travel arrangements, preparing timely papers, reports and presentations for meetings, minute taking, assisting in data collection and researching information when needed
·  Provide high-level project management and administrative support
·  Highly proficient in using MS Office, Power Point, Word and Excel and working with budgets
·  Attending occasional meetings in person and virtually and drafting and preparing minutes, reports and presentations
·  Liaising with Richemont group boutiques and brands on various topics to do with brand products for VIPs
·  Cooperating with the EA in Geveva office to fully align on business agendas
·  Occasionally traveling to Richemont events and working with Richemont Director, his EA and events team members

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Demonstrated administrative and project management experience
·  Solid experience as executive assistant/personal assistant in a multinational company, with different locations and time zones
·  Demonstrated experience of drafting and putting together power point presentations
·  Experience managing cross-functional projects independently and seeing them through to completion
·  Experience working under pressure, with tight deadlines and with ambiguity
·  Commercially savvy with a demonstrated experience of working with, maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses
·  Strong interpersonal skills, discreet, able to prioritise tasks and keep confidentiality
