Client Experience Coordinator

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Jaeger-LeCoultre is looking for professionals to support the execution of the client experience strategy and identify improvements in the boutique.  As an Ambassador of the Maison, you are expected to uphold the values and standard of Jaeger-LeCoultre, and together with the boutique team create memorable experiences for the clients by touching on all elements of an individually tailored boutique journey.   



 

Client Experience

·  Create exceptional client experiences
·  Deliver an exceptional welcome to every client upon entry and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout the client visit
·  Supporting the boutique environment based on the needs of the team/client
·  Utilize the rich history and storytelling of Jaeger-LeCoultre to enhance the client experience
·  Assist the Sales associated in delivering impactful and lasting experiences
·  Assist Clients with service requests, repair drop off and pickup
·  Support the boutique team with client development activities, including data entry and reporting
·  Provide assistance to the team front-of-house and back-of-house activities to facilitate seamless client experiences (e.g., running product, gathering sales accessories, gift wrapping, client data capture.)
·  Provide exceptional hospitality to the client, which including food and beverage service.  

 

Boutique Operations

·  Ensure that flow of boutique traffic
·  Support the upkeep and appearance of the boutique
·  Assist boutique team with the management of the boutique supplies, including the replenishment of the hospitality areas
·  Partner with boutique team to ensure proper movement of product in/out of the boutique – shipments, transfers, consignments, while following the correct procedure.
·  Assist with daily inventory counts and participate in daily opening/closing
·  Assist with organization and tracking of client experience tools such as food and beverage and gifts.

 

Maison/Industry Knowledge

·  Develop a deep and fundamental knowledge of Jaeger-LeCoultre heritage and values.
·  Understand and comply with security and operational procedures
·  Gather industry insights and news from the community and competition

 

Sales Achievement

·  Assist teams in Sales when needed and appropriate
·  Client outreach and follow-up area maintained

 

 

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

 

·  Previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry
·  Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
·  Excellent computer skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
·  Additional language skills are a plus
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
·  Strong understanding of Customer Service needs strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
·  Self-starter with team-player approach
·  Collaborative approach with the ability to foster team spirit with a “can do” attitude
·  Must be available to work retail hours including weekends
