·  BE PRODUCT & BRAND EXPERTS

Be a credible product and brand expert, delivering a cold can and a product benefit to consumers at the right place and right time, when they are in need of wings

Be knowledgeable and comfortable overcoming objections with the consumer and answering questions pertaining to the products and brand

·  PLAN UNIQUE AND STRATEGIC MISSIONS TO REACH KEY CONSUMER GROUPS

 Provide ideas, contacts and suggestions for sampling opportunities on an ongoing basis

Take ownership of key sampling campaigns and work with hiring manager to ensure successful execution

Develop relationships especially around the university environment with marketing, planning, & executing events

·  BE EXPERTS AT ENGAGING AND INTERACTING WITH CONSUMERS

Be the sparkling personality that captivates their audience at all times, developing a personalized rapport with consumers in a short time through natural dialogue

Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer 

Act as a Red Bull Ambassador at all times: be able and willing to share Red Bull event info/links/video clips on their personal social networking pages/websites

Excellent communication skills charismatic, outgoing personality and good team player

Must have vast local market knowledge, and love the scenes that Red Bull plays in: motorsports, music…

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Good knowledge of the universities and student activities/groups in your area

· Availability for 2-4 missions per week (12-24 hours)

· Must be available to attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings per month

· Must be able to drive safely (valid driver's license is a must)

· The Red Bull branded clothing item should be visible at all times

· Studying in the city location

· High School Qualification

· English: intermediate level
