The Trade Marketing Specialist manages and organizes POS activations and in-store consumer’s engagement initiatives for the brand. He/she is responsible for developing visibility items including branded and unbranded equipment, customer-specific displays, print material and merchandising selling tools. He/she holds external relationships with agencies and suppliers to develop trade marketing tools for all formats in Off Premise Channel. He/she is responsible for delivering added value promotions to the trade. He/she establishes an internal company network with all departments necessary for efficient working – Brand, Sales, Logistics, Finance and Customer Insight teams.

· Consumer activations and tailor-made activities
Bring the Red Bull world in Trade and Shopper Activities, maintaining the brand personality and values.
Keep proactively the communication between Marketing and Sales departments.
Develop new ideas about sell-out activities with creative and innovative spirit, in alignment with the international marketing guidelines.
· POS Tools Management
Ensure the availability and the correct placement of the POS tools, monitoring procurement from HQ and the local productions.
Give support in the implementation of tailor-made tools and concepts.
Analyze sell-out results of the POS tools.
· Analysis and Planning Activities
Track, record and evaluate all results of implemented marketing activities: POS tools, customers and shoppers activations.
Identify potential for improving and adding new marketing activities and proactively involve Sales and Brand Departments.
Ensure an efficient allocation of the Off Premise marketing budget and give support to the business planning process.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
At least 3-4 years of job experience in FMCG sector, ideally as Trade Marketing Specialist.
Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer & shopper behavior, in FMCG context.
Strong orientation to sales, analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand customers and shopper requirements.
Problem solving, proactivity, leadership and team skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Advanced user of Power Point and Excel.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (economics or marketing)
Fluent in written and spoken English
