The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating the local social media strategy in collaboration with the National Digital Manager and the International Social Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Red Bull brand messages and presence across social networks such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. He/she will have to adapt the messages and media, develop engagement initiatives, measure the impact of the communications, estimate growth and identify threads and opportunities within the social media environment working with the Digital, Brand and Communications departments.

•
develop the Social Media Plan and coordinate its execution with internal and external stakeholders and with international social team
•
propose and execute engaging social media activities in order to fulfill the company objectives
•
coordinate the communication of different Red Bull messages in social networks and ensure that the content is tailor made for specific channels
•
give feedback and insights to the stakeholders about the Red Bull brand in social channels, measure the impact and optimize communication
•
responsible for monitoring online conversations related to Red Bull brand and relevant topics through listening tools
•
responsible for tracking and identifying social potential on Red Bull athletes and Opinion Leaders and giving them advice on how to better perform on its social channels
•
be the first point of contact with the community, taking care of all the communication addressed to our user base

Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
· 2-3 years work experience in similar role.
· Strong knowledge of digital media environment, trends and technologies, with the ability to detect opportunities and adapt international strategies into local activations.
· Demonstrated ability to map out a social media strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors having the ability to prioritize on a busy day to day basis.
· Strong organizational and project planning/management skills working with internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrated experience on planning, coordination and analysis of social paid campaigns.
· Use of creative production tools (Photoshop, Premiere) and social management platforms (e.g. Sprinklr).
· Proactive, open minded, online oriented and passionate for action sports and urban culture.
·
University degree in Marketing and Communication.
·
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
