Italdesign is looking for a person, who will be in charge of quality checks and approvals on composite material components. The candidate will be employed in the Quality department at IDG Moncalieri site and will be responsible check the process and product at supplier’s sites and to support the IDG engineering during the feasibility and the development phase.

responsabilità

• Verification and approval of production process and control plan at supplier’ premises • Verification and approval production tools at supplier’ premises • Managing of sampling process and relevant documentation • Managing IMDS or other raw material traceability data base • Checking and approval of parts • Issuing Q status reports • Detection and root cause analysis of defects • Supporting engineering function in feasibility and data release

competenze

• Good experience in composite products production • Deep knowledge of composite materials and relevant process • Knowledge of automotive quality standards, IATF, ISO • Knowledge of automotive standards for parts production and validation • Capability to use CAD and office tools Additional Information • Education: Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering • Work Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in the field • Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian are required. • Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to frequent business trips • Driving licence: B The research is aimed at both sexes (L.903/77) Youth@work approved
