We are looking for an administrative assistant


The candidate will be in charge of: - Management of team calendar, email and action plan - Monitoring and execute internal activities keeping up to date: leave plans and missions planning/execution - Monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence - Draft, edit, proofread documents (reports, presentations, memos) - Organize, coordinate and support both internal and external meetigs and events


- Fluency both in spoken and written English (at least B2), mastery of spelling and grammar skills -Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel -Written and verbal communication skills including Reporting -Administrative skills (clerical support, calendar management, scheduling, typing, event planning) Personal Qualification: - Team working - Analysis and problem solving - Customer focus - Priority setting and planning - Professional attitude and confidentiality Contract offered: Temporary contract
