Reporting to the Marketing Director you will:
Define, set up and implement the external communications editorial calendar for different social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, …) and targets (fishmongers, restaurants, big chains grocery stores, candidates, investors, …)
Boost online brand awareness and increase the ProcSea Community by creating and developing diverses contents with our Graphist (interviews, pictures, videos, articles…)
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Report on feedback and online reviews to our Product and Marketing teams
Within the budget allocated for online customer acquisition, define and launch paid ads campaigns on various platforms in order to generate qualified traffic & leads for the Sales team
Track and analyze the impact of all your actions (Google Analytics & Sales Team) and give recommendations/take action on how to improve our performances
Follow companies related to our product in order to share their relevant publications
Be proactive and always look for new ways to increase our online presence
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and empower your team with your discoveries
Profil recherché
3+ years of experience in a related role
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Proactive, you make the position your own and bring/take action on innovative ideas
An experience in a B2B foodtech company is a big plus
A fluency in english is mandatory
