As a Operations/ People & Culture (HR) Supervisor you will responsible for Audits, compliance and Due diligence, you will also oversee human resources requirements over the weekend within the store. This can include, employee relations; training & development; GDPR; employee engagement; and much more.

You will work closely with the Store Management team to drive Primark’s people strategy, and support in the development of others.

Ideally you’ll be from a retail, hospitality or distribution background.

Your working hours will be 10.00-19.30 on Saturday plus one day in the week and 8.30- 17.30 on Sunday
