As Change and Training Specialist you will lead discovery, assess, design, build, evaluate, and evolve change and training strategies and plans to maximise programme success for short, medium, and long term.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
·  You will design and deliver Primark’s change related work for the Workday Optimisation project e.g., Change Impact Assessment, Learning Needs Analysis, Comms approach, climate, and capacity analysis.
·  You will provide pragmatic support to make change happen in our global organisation, taking international navigation and cross border activation planning into account.
·  You will design and develop resources to launch, activate and embed change activities within target areas of the business.
·  You will define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, focusing on embedding the change and business accountability.
·  Along with the project management team, you will integrate change management activities into project plans, aligning on logistical support, planned releases and operational readiness.
·  You will conduct training needs analysis and design a programme of work to address training needs to successfully deliver and embed the changes within the Workday Optimisation project.
·  You will design and develop appropriate training materials for delivery within the business.
·  You will partner with in-country teams to identify the most appropriate delivery of training in market including developing training and change networks.
·  You will partner with the Project Team and People & Culture Project Lead, input into wider project meetings, planning and decisions as required.
·  You will partner collaboratively with Internal Comms (and others) to ensure alignment across communications, operational training, and delivery.

·  You have operational knowledge of the Workday System and related People & Culture systems.
·  You are familiar with all Global People & Culture processes.
·  You are experienced in delivering change and/or training activities.
