As an integral part of the Assessment Team, you will be pivotal in leading the design, delivery, and integration of new assessment solutions, collaborating closely with our global resourcing teams and external vendors. The primary focus will be to support the Resourcing Transformation Programme, contributing to the implementation of transformative solutions within the Fair Assessment Workstream.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
·  Lead Design and Implementation: You will spearhead the design, development, and execution key assessment projects and solutions factoring in local nuances and legal factors. You will ensure all assessments are legally compliant and cultural appropriate when operationalising new solutions.
·  Develop Innovative Solutions: You will leverage your understanding of Organisational Psychology to introduce innovative ideas, address challenges, and contribute to the evolution of the Assessment Strategy, Talent Acquisition strategy and broader Talent strategy.
·  Performance Monitoring: You will methodically monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of projects, maintaining consistent delivery standards while maximising commercial impact. You will uphold best practices to drive success and upskill involved teams as required.
·  Vendor Management: You will cultivate relationships with key external vendors, evaluating their offerings to shape world-class solutions that align with Primark's goals. You will support the team to manage existing partnerships to maximise value for both parties.
·  Global Psychometric Assessment Support: You will provide ongoing support for the use of psychometric assessments across all markets, ensuring adaptability to local needs. You will partner with Technology, Compliance and Legal teams to manage data appropriately.
·  Subject Matter Expertise: You will assume the role of an assessment subject matter expert in People & Culture projects, bringing external best practices and research.
·  Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure consultation, buy-in and seamless collaboration to deliver results together, as well as working closely with other Centres of Expertise to identify and enhance key touchpoints throughout the colleague lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring

·  You are a subject matter expertise in occupational psychology, assessment, and talent acquisition, with experience of a dynamic and fast paced company. MSc in Organisational / Work / Occupational psychology required. You have expertise in Psychometrics required, BPS Level A & B preferable.
·  You will bring strong project management skillset and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You are a problem solver with sound judgment skills.
·  You have proven experience partnering broadly with People & Culture (HR) teams.
·  You have a demonstrated track record of landing innovative, new solutions into complex, matrixed organisations.
·  You have a flexible communication style with experience of partnering and collaborating with diverse stakeholders from different geographies and backgrounds, as well as bringing experience dealing with challenging stakeholders and leading others through change and transformation.
·  You can communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-specialist stakeholders, fostering understanding and influence.
·  You have a strong “can do” attitude with genuine commitment to the advancement of our Talent Acquisition charter and roadmap.
