Job description
about the role
The OBS fusion Support Manager Lead the OBS fusion team composed of Expert solutions and Support members.
· In permanent contact with the team's business experts and other project solution experts.
· Supervise the day to day operations and provide some guidance in the related area, encourage teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
· Perform ticket queue monitoring and prioritization.
· Handle all customers’ inquiries and complains directed to the team.
· Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
· Creating monthly reports and dashboards across various solutions.
· Provide guidance to team members on how to improve their technical and financial knowledge.
· Analyze and enhance work processes to insure efficient operations.
· Conduct employee performance reviews in accordance with company policy.
· Development of staff to ensure skills levels match both current and future operational and customer requirements.
· Review of all necessary reporting to ensure the team meets operational KPIs.
· Develop team targets.
· Contribute to the “Service Operation process & procedure improvements” to increase the team’s productivity and lower the number of incoming escalations within team.
· Ensure that all knowledge is document and transferred to all team members.
about you
· Very good command of English language
· Excellent command of French language is a MUST
· Financial background is a MUST
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills
· Having the knowledge in ERP system is preferable
· Ability to work under pressure
· Multi-tasking
· IT Background/experience preferable
