about the role

·  Designing and developing Centralized SON Custom modules to fit affiliates needs. As a Core member of the Custom Module Factor stream in the RES team, you will contribute to the specification, development and validation of some modules in Python to be integrated in the Centralized SON platform sourced by the RES team.
·  Developing on internal Radio Dimensioning tool. As a Core member of the RANDim stream in the RES team, you will contribute to the specification, development and validation of some packages in Java to be integrated in the RANDim software solution (developed by the RES team).
·  Direct support to Orange affiliates to improve the radio performance and QoS of their 2G/3G/4G access networks. As a core member of RES team, you will be potentially involved in the support to affiliates on RAN optimization topics. In this activity, you will respond to affiliates requests for expertize on optimization and dimensioning.

about you

·  Radio Network optimization knowledge and more generally competences in Radio engineering.
·  Advanced Software development skills (Python & Java are the two current languages to master).
·  Experience in Radio dimensioning exercices.
·  Project management skills to manage contributions from various experts.
·  Good relationship skills with team spirit and autonomy.
·  Fluent English is mandatory. French is a nice-to-have to be able to communicate with all countries in MEA zone.
