about the role

a. Knowledge and understanding of information security principles and practices.
b. Working experience on Cisco ISE , WSA / Blecoat Proxy with Troubleshooting skills.
c. Working experience for event log monitoring of security devices i.e. intrusion detection/ prevention systems, firewalls, VPN, ACS, and Application level firewalls, content filters of any Products i.e. CISCO, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet
d. Knowledge on working Intrusion detections systems and Understanding of advanced security protocols and standards, vulnerabilities, threats , security breaches over networks, devices, servers , desktops
e. Understanding on Experience with security practices of Intranet and Extranet
f. Knowledge on AAA concept. Expereince on ACS /CIsco ISE configuration and setup.
g. Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e., security tools) or not (i.e. workstations, servers, network devices, etc.). Interpret the implications of that activity.
h. Understanding of networking protocols TCPIP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SNMP, Syslog, SSH etc.
i. Understanding of CISCO ISE architecture, deployment and concepts, BYOD, Guest and Sponsor Portals of ISE, Profiling and Posturing in ISE, Troubleshooting on dot1x, Guest, BYOD and MAB issues.
j. Day-to-day monitoring & Management of various firewalls, VPNS and security devices of any Products i.e. Palo Alto, CISCO, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet) and events/ logs & Cisco ISE day to day management tasks

k. Working experience in Security device & health monitoring, Antivirus deployment and management/ log monitoring, understanding of Virus/ SPAMs
l. Working experience on Event log monitoring tools and Proficient in participating for investigating security breaches activities over network.
m. Experience with Network Sniffers, Protocol Analyzers, SNMP Monitoring, and Wireless Analyzers
n. Working experience in Security Operation Centre and Good approach to take new initiatives

about you

Certifications: -, CCNP-Security/CCSE/NSE4 or Cisco ISE certfication, Good communication skills.Handson experience on Cisco ISE and WSA or Bluecoat proxy. Knowledge on any other Firewall would be prefered. Experience in security technology, products and syslog monitoring & analysis
