Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.
Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.

The individual will be responsible for the provision of broad based Human Resource services with a specific focus over the coordination of local training/activities using the inter-professional funding, employer branding events, HR communication on social media, diversity and inclusion.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Work with the local HR Business Partnering Manager to ensure a tangible business partnership is maintained between HR and the appropriate line of business
• Deliver a HR service, by providing generalist HR support, communication and guidance
• Act as a direct interface for employees and managers to provide advice and support on HR related questions on HR policies, procedures and practices
• Drive a positive employee relations and performance management culture
• Design and implementation of local training using inter-professional funding
• Administrative management of local training and relations with inter-professional Funds
• Organization and implementation of employer branding events
Promote the brand through HR communication campaign in social and professional network
Diversity and Inclusion campaign organization
Coaching Managers in relation to policies and people management skills
• Drive the career path framework and training and development frameworks
• Management and communication of key processes
• Support, co-ordinate and present in HR briefing sessions on topical HR issues
• Ensure HR Business Partner and Management are informed of any HR related agendas/issues which require attention
• Ensuring standard proven best practices and high quality service for customer queries
• Reinforce a positive image of the company in all initiatives
• Generate ideas for continuous improvement and implements approved suggestions
• Communicate and escalate any issues
• Ad hoc / varying HR projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS :
· 3 - 8 years generalist HR experience in a dynamic fast paced organisation
· University degree or Master in HR
· Previous experience of dealing with training design and organization and local inter-professional funding
· Previous experience of organizing employer branding events
· Previous experience of HR communication through social and professional network
· Previous experience of being a dedicated HR support to a line of business
· Previous experience of dealing with employee relations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent PC skills (spreadsheets, word-processing, web expertise, database) and administration skills are required
· Knowledge of databases, or reporting tools, or previous experience of statistical analysis a distinct advantage.
