Position Title
Customer Service Trainee
Mission and Main Objectives
The mission of the Customer Service is to improve customer satisfaction through an effective and efficient management of complaints, trying to change reasons of un-satisfaction into confidence in Nissan Brand/Organization, providing the right support to reach customer service KPI's.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Customer complaint management (take care of complaints – contact the customers - contact the dealers and workshops - interact with other NITA Depts to find a solution – provide customers with a feedback - update Siebel system)
Customer complaints archive management
Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)
Support to new CSD projects (issue presentation, documents and reports related to new projects)
