Television Audience Meseurement (TAM) Delivery Process Owner

Role objective

Organize and cover the technical activities related to the TAM business from the delivery point of view.

The iTAM Delivery Process Owner owns the end to end management of the TAM Data Delivery configuration,testing and optimization.

This position is ideal for a people with good technical skills, and a passion for owning products.

Main Responsabilities

·  Configuration of all the environments involved in the Television (e.g. Unitam, Pollux, Arianna).
·  Maintenance and checks of the servers in charge to the structure (e.g. Unitam, Grabber, Arianna).
·  Managing the relationship with Application Developers in order to give the correct details.
·  Testing the new software versions or patches.
·  Work with international and local teams in order to align the business requirements to the best practises and to the business needs.
·  People Management (5 Employees)

Education and Skills / Competencies

·  Technical skills: at least Python or Perl or equivalent languages are required in order to be faster with data analysis and tests.
·  Outstanding analytical and planning skills, problem solving: to be able to identify problems and to generate timely solutions by thinking creatively and developing strategies to achieve business goals.
·  High attention to details: ability to pay attention to the detail and ensure the quality of the data.
·  Bachelor degree in computer engineering is a plus. Minimum a degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
·  Predisposition to work and lead a team.
·  At least one year of experience in TAM Operations is a plus.
·  English language skills – good level of both spoken and written skill.
