B2C Field Sales Specialist - Roma

Nespresso

Operational role in the B2C department, the Field Specialist will be responsible to promote Nespresso within the Point of Sales with the objective to increase visibility and sell out, taking into account the international criteria defined by Nespresso. Ensure that the brand image is respected and consistent with N' guidelines. Guarantee and develop knowledge of Nespresso system with sales persons monitoring level of needed information. Take all the local opportunities to increase N' visibility in the store.

Main task of the role :

In store Activities and Visibility

- Negotiate in the POS spaces dedicated to N', exploit them and ensure high visibility

- Negotiation on POS and installation of the necessary promotional and in between materials

- Increase Nespresso visibility in the POS (tasting table, product exposition, show windows, special arrangements, P2P, extra locations)

- Provide to POS all the necessary materials in order to organize and run tastings

- Develop local POS promotional actions to increase sell out performance in collaboration with Area Manager

Information/Trainings

- Ensure briefing on POS to the sales personnel and monitor the knowledge on Nespresso system, new products, promotional activities

- Guarantee POS assistance for each info or problem may appear

- Check demostaff preparation and refresh if necessary

Store checks

- Establish and guarantee an yearly visit program in order to create and organize the relationship with the POS

- Ensure the respect of TQM guidelines and respect of local agreements in the POS

- Monitor Nespresso presence in the stores: machines stock and SKUs on shelf, machines placement, materials and lay out

- Monitor competition (demos, promotions, expositions, sell out)

Planning and reporting

- Plan efficient visits to POS: arguments, objectives, activities, route visits, materials

- Provide report with info on competition, trainings and all the actions taken to increase Nespresso visibility in the stores (with pictures).

- Ensure that all the dedicated resources are used in the best way to bring results, and suggest improvements

Profile:

- University degree;

- 1 years sales experience in a similar position gained in Multinational Company;

- Knowledge of GDS channel is a must;

- Experience in selling durable goods with high technological content is appreciate;

- Strong customer orientation, account management skills and ability to work in a team;

- Organizational and communication skills;

- Good negotiation and dealing attitudes;

- Fluent in English;
