Retail Project Manager

Main Purpose of the Job
·  providing comprehensive and complex analysis of retail operations processes;
·  developing of policies and procedures, tools, reporting, store new opening and analytics to drive continuous improvement of store processes;
·  assessing new and existing retail activities to simplify team member tasks, provide a better and more consistent customer experience, and ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the store.
·  Collaborating with internal and external partners to develop action plans, training, policies, and procedures, which may be associated with store operations and/or impact customer service

Profile
·  3/5 years of experience in similar role, gained in Retail fashion or food concept stores;
·  Proven track record with project management/retail development projects;
·  strong analytical skills;
·  project management experience;
·  outstanding interpersonal skills;
·  English is a must.
