National Key Account Manager – B2C
Main Purpose of the Job
· Set up new businesses (with focus on new and alternative channels opportunity such as loyalty and incentive program) , taking responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers;
· Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed business goals;
· Defining key account market business strategy and action plans;
· Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure growth attainment.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
· Supporting clients in service issues and fulfill technical assistance needs.
Profile
· University degree;
· 3-5 years sales experience in a similar position gained in Multinational Company.
· Knowledge of GDS channel is a must;
· Experience in selling durable goods with high technological content is appreciate;
· Strong customer orientation, account management skills and ability to work in a team;
· Able to develop a commercial strategy according with the Company mission
· Organizational and communication skills;
· Good negotiation and dealing attitudes.
· Fluent in English;
