Job Profile

Warehouse Man deals with the handling of product in the stores. S/he handles the product and ensures the organization of Warehouse according to the needs of the store.
The Role has 2 main objectives: A) S/he manages properly and organizes the warehouse aimed to speed up the ease to access B) S/he handle carefully both the product and its related packaging C) S/he verifies the proper functioning of the Warehouse in terms of receiving, verifying and product management.
S/he reports to the Floor Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage the warehouse properly organized (size, type, style, color, or product code), following the Retail guidelines and Corporate indications

- Take care of the product and its packaging

- Take delivery of goods and supplies in a timely manner

- Check for damaged, missing items

- Record amounts of materials or items received

- Schedule and execute the maintenance, the inspection and the tests of all the safety equipment and systems assigned, taking care to keep the records and the certificates in compliance with the local rules, regulations and law

- Ensure machinery is serviced and functionally

- Follow all safety codes provided by local regulation and corporate standards

- Perform other duties related to the warehouse activities assigned by the Store/Floor Manager
