Visual Merchandiser

Job Profile

The role of the Visual Merchandiser includes the build up and maintaining of the brand identity at all stores in line with the corporate guidelines. Role Overview: 1) designing shop windows and merchandising installations in accordance with the corporate guidelines and the requirements of the stores; 2) supervising and monitoring the performance of the stores to ensure their compliance with the corporate brand, and keeping consistent relationships with the stores both remotely and on site; 3) training the store staff on design projects concerning Visual Merchandising Actions and their implementation.
Reporting to the Visual Merchandiser Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Manager and implementing the retail strategies by putting in place the actual Visual Merchandising operations (rotation of the windows, remerchandising, etc.) at the stores.

- Overseeing the arrangement of the shop-windows and merchandising, to ensure compliance with the reference market requirements based on the products available at the store and consistently with the corporate branding and standards.

- Developing training activities at the stores focusing on understanding of visual merchandising-oriented sales techniques and logistics in order to ensure efficient management of shop windows and merchandising by the stores.

- Ensuring compliance with the time schedules given by the Visual Merchandiser Manager for activities planned at the stores.

- Monitoring sale trends consistently in order to rate the efficiency of the actions implemented and eventually reorient the visual merchandising strategies.

- Report the Visual Merchandiser Manager all feedbacks concerning the needs of the sales organisation.
