Job Summary
Providing professional and engaging wellness therapies, massage, body and face treatment from AW Lake, ESPA and LPG machine to our distinguished guests in-line with our Iridium Spa standard. Offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different guest needs and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
·  Be on time on your shift at your work station, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
·  Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the department and business.
·  Provide consistent professional wellness therapies, massage, body and face treatments in accordance with AW Lake, ESPA, LPG machine and in-house training.
·  Explain clearly the treatment, products and other instructions during escorting guests to the treatment room to explain facilities and procedures. Provide professional treatment to guests according to Iridium Spa brand standard.
·  Therapists are required to provide services and conduct themselves in a professional manner both in spa and in suite representing the hotel and in no circumstances behave or act in a way that may jeopardize the Hotel reputation.
·  Build good relationship with guests and giving advice on follow-up treatment.
·  Follow up on treatments and take opportunity to introduce and sell products used or Gift Certificate.
·  Implement Brand Standard verbiage and treatment step based on training given.
·  Keep oneself updated with the FOE and training manual to maintain high standard.
·  Properly care for equipment and use correct amount of product to assist with cost controls.
·  Perform preparatory work, properly clean and re-stock room as and when required.
·  Perform inventory linen/operational item, count and report if there is any discrepancies
·  Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
·  Perform monthly cleaning according to cleaning plan.
·  Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
·  Assist in all areas of the gym & spa operations as and when requested by management.
·  Understand all fire, life safety, emergency and evacuation procedures.
·  Demonstrates compliance with health and safety equipment at work place.
Job Requirements:
·  Able to perform major massage/ Body/ face Treatment.
·  Minimum 2 years of working experience at hotel/day Spa.
