This is how your day looks:

·  Maintenance and repair work on and in the hotel
·  Implementing rapid and effective solutions to issues in the guest area
·  Independently planning work in the technical area
·  Conducting inspection rounds regarding safety and fire protection, as well as documenting deficiencies
·  Managing and controlling the inventory of technical items
·  Cleaning and repairing all facilities and areas managed by the Technical Department

·  Completed vocational training in a trade, such as electrical or installation, is desirable
