JOB SUMMARY
This is a seasonal position for the time frame March - November 2017
Develops and Manages hotel collaterals, including owners presentations, sales kits, hotel videos and photos. Provide photo and video contents for hotel social media activities. Supports day by day sales & marketing activities
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Hotel Support: Support key players and relevant departments in graphic design activities
Sales Support: Support MARCOM in preparing presentation kits for sales department
Film: high quality videos of the hotel to support sales & marketing activities
Develops: brochure and property collaterals
Ensures: consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts
Hotel Photography – Support and provide high quality photos to hotel for social media activities and collateral
Evaluates new marketing opportunities for the property
Supports property is represented on all quality internet sites that have the potential of providing business
Keeps detailed files and records on all matters relative to property's marketing materials (photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc)
Supports: Sales & Marketing office in their day by day activities and tasks .
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
