The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

 

JOB SUMMARY

As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our office.

As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel.

• Personally, demonstrates a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest needs.

• Meets or exceeds hotel guest satisfaction measures.

• Ensures hotel standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service.

• Acts as manager on duty for hotel and manages front desk operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

• Maintains a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Skill & Knowledge

•            Hospitality Management bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management.

•            C2 level or above, good at oral and written English.

•            3 to 5 years’ experience in a front office senior management position, preferably in a four-star international hotel

•            Problem solving & Decision making
