POSITION SUMMARY

Located in Soho, every main attraction in central London orbits this Luxe Landmark hotel within walking distance. The W London has the Perception Bar, A cinema space, gym and AWAYSpa, 192 luxurious rooms and suites which have a playful design. 

What’s the role?
Welcome Desk Manager or what others call a Duty Manager

Where will you be working?

·  In a hotel passionate about the connecting with guests and people from all corners of the globe, based in Welcome Office, but working across the whole hotel. 
·  Must have experience in a similar role or supervisory role as a minimum
·  Fluent level of English due to guest and team interaction
·  Acquired Computer skills with Word and Excel, in order to carry out daily spa reception duties and responsibilities. Skills in Opera or similar are an advantage
·  Excellent people skills with a strong ability to communicate and listen effectively
·  Confident in building relationships with members and clients and recommending products
·  A candidate who is an able problem-solver with the ability to multi task
·  Able to work shifts on a full-time basis across five days of any week, including weekends and nights
