OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Set-Up and Breakdown:

·  Perform the complete set-up for breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour, and midnight snack in the Executive Lounge.
·  Responsible for breaking down buffets in the cold kitchen area, ensuring a smooth transition between service periods.

Guest Interaction and Service:

·  Greet guests entering the Executive Lounge, assist them at their tables, and offer drinks.
·  Maintain cleanliness at guest tables, including washing cutlery, glasses, and plates/cups.
·  Provide attentive service, addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction during their stay in the lounge.

Inventory Management:

·  Order and manage inventory for food and beverage using the FMC/Birch Street program.
·  Conduct regular checks on supplies, requisition service ware, utensils, linens, and oversee buffet set-up.

Maintaining Hygiene Standards:

·  Follow established hygiene standards rigorously, completing necessary forms and returning them to designated departments.
