This is what your day looks like 

·  Responsible for a smooth workflow of the à la carte and banquet area
·  Support of the kitchen manager
·  Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
·  Maintaining a high standard by constant quality control
·  Preparation of cold and hot dishes for the à la carte business, buffet and special events
·  Flexible job rotation in all positions
·  Instructing and training employees and apprentices
·  Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards
·  Receipt of goods and control of quality and quantity

 

What we expect from you 

·  Completed education as a chef in the upscale hotel/gastronomy industry
·  Several years of professional experience in the role of 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurant 
·  Creativity and commitment
·  Reliability, sense of responsibility and independence
·  Great team work skills and an eye for detail 
·  A positive attitude towards life and a friendly nature
