The RTW Women Collection Merchandiser supports the Women & LG Collection Merchandising Manager in defining the main features of the Women RTW Line, focusing on product aspects (functional use, completeness of the offer, pricing range, category balance, collection volume) and defining price lists (prices and margins); monitoring and developing collections (timing, presentations); managing requests coming from wholesale international Clients and special requests from the retail worldwide network. Furthermore, he/she guarantees the execution of marketing data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Women & LG Collection Merchandising Manager in defining selling lists, based on analysis and comparisons with the main competitors' prices, and expected marginalities
- Participates to the development of tailored and knitwear Collections, from analysis of sales to collection briefs drafting, collaborating with the Retail Merchandising function
- Manages relationships with wholesale markets, collecting their specific needs, contributing to the possible addition of dedicated products to the Collection
- Is responsible for data analysis and processing related to specific marketing objectives (data collection and analysis: sell-in, sell-out, Offers architecture, benchmarking on competitors' products positioning, etc.), preparing ad-hoc reports
- Supports the development of special productions, sponsorships and events/communication, collaborating with the different Functions involved
- Supports Wholesale e Franchising sales

Profilo richiesto

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
- Master Degree in Economics or Management Engineering with a Marketing Major; a post-graduate course on Fashion/Luxury Management will be considered a plus
- At least 6/7 years of experience in Product Marketing/Merchandising/Buying Functions in structured and/or multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of the market and Women product
- Interest in the Luxury field, the Loro Piana Brand and its competitors
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proactive, strong relational skills, commercial attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel
- Fluent English
