Reporting directly to the Retail Performance Director, the Retail Performance Specialist will support the redesign of the retail point of sale systems and implementation of the Fendi Retail Excellence Program.
Main Responsibilities
- Understanding of current retail point of sale systems and limits; identification of future needs
- Coordination of global and regional taskforces for development of the blue print for future retail point of sale system
- Coordination of the global roll-out in partnership with IT Department
- Support to the development of Retail Operations best practices and Retail Excellence activities
- Development of strong relationships within the Organization and the Regions, involving all necessary departments

Profilo richiesto

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
- Prior Experience (at least 4-5 years) in retail and/or project management and/or consulting. Luxury industry a plus
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, including economics or IT engineering
- Fluency in English. French and Italian are a plus
- Excellent ability to manage complex projects
- Results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter
- Reliable and accountable
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with international, multilingual stakeholders
