The resource will be included in the Retail Excellence Department, he/she will support the Retail Excellence team in the retail trainings' organization, development, record and analysis. In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
 
TRAINING ORGANIZATION
- Support to the EMEA retail training activities both with planning and overall logistic of the training sessions, and with direct support in the classrooms.
- Support to the collection and analysis of feedbacks and presences collection after the training activities.
 
TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
 
- Support to the training programs development, with particular reference to analysis and monitoring of the training needs, the feedbacks collection and the sharing of best practices.
 
TRAINING RECORD
 
- WW regions' collection and processing of qualitative and quantitative training data to ensure the coordination of training activities and the reliability of related data.
- Support to the editing of the WW regions' training costs to ensure the correct submission of the data for the LVMH annual report.
 
ANALYSIS AND FOLLOW UP
 
- Analyze of qualitative and quantitative stores' KPIs, supporting the development and implementation of in store follow-up actions.
- Support to the analysis of Mystery Shopping reports.
 
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
 
- Support to the management of the EMEA training activities' budget and preparation of monthly expenses reports HQ + EMEA.
- Tracking of the training events/activities through the update of the SAP information system.

Profilo richiesto

Experience required : Beginner
- Master Degree in Humanities or Economics
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point)
- Analysis and synthesis ability
- Team working attitude and flexibility
- Problem Solving, precision, attention to the details
