The Junior Retail Planner, hierarchical reporting to Retail Planning Manager, collaborates in the Budget and Forecasting activities for store and for product category for the Retail ww.
Actively participates in the Sales Target and Buying Budget (Open to Buy) definition for Area/Category, analyzing product performance, market, sell-through, stock and sales forecast KPIs.
In the short/medium term, the full comprehension of the business will also allow the autonomous management of a specific product category.

Responsabilities
>  Develops analysis on the main KPIs and implements the Sales Target for Area (114 DOS) and for Product Category (RTW and Accessories)
>  Works with the Retail Planning Manager for the definition of the Buying Budget (OTB) for Store/Category
>  Supports the Merchandising Team in the definition of the main indicators for the implementation of the Buying Budget (OTB) (sell-through and n° of SKU for Category/Area definition)
>  Supports in the definition of the Annual Budget, working with the different Regions
>  Develops analysis of the orders, of the actual sales compared to the target and of the running forecast, proposing corrective actions when needed
