The Visual Merchandiser & Product Trainer Wholesale and Franchising guarantees the respect of the Loro Piana's image standards in the Franchising Stores and he/she contributes in the sharing of Product Knowledge to the Store Staff in the area under his/her responsibility.
Responsibilities:
> Is responsible for the implementation and the stable maintenance of the Company Visual guidelines in the Stores under his/her area of responsibility
> Thanks to his/her strong aesthetic sensitivity, ensuring the display coherence with the Product Development vision and following the company guidelines
> Identifies re-merchandising solutions aligned with the corporate guidelines and with the type/quantity of product available
> Identifies and implement the right balance between commercial and aesthetic needs, always liaising with the Central Visual Function, the Store Managers or the Store Referent
> Constantly collaborates effectively and proactively with the Store Managers, with full sense of cooperation, thanks to his/her strong Product know-how and for his/her ability to perform analysis of the stores business (sell out)
> Actively interacts with the Store Staff and the Functions involved in order to guarantee the proper implementation and maintenance of the displays
> Trains the Store Staff dedicated to Visual Merchandising activities, always following the Company Guidelines
> Delivers the Men, Women and Accessories categories Product Trainings as well as for special topics, guaranteeing both technical and merchant knowledge
> Is responsible for the organization and implementation of the opening outfitting for new Franchising stores
Profilo richiesto
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
> Consolidated Visual
- Merchandising background with a strong aesthetic sensitivity
> Passion for product and Luxury Sector
> Excellent relationship skills at all levels
> Aligned to the Brand identity
> Excellent training skills
> A previous experience (at least 3 years) in product training and in store sales is a preferential condition
> Good willingness , sense of cooperation and team working
> Practical sense, autonomy, flexibility, dynamism and results oriented
> Geographical mobility availability
> Excellent English knowledge and ideally multilingual, especially Russian
