JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As Brand Management Intern you will experience what is it like to work for one of the most recognized and iconic brands in the world. You will have the chance to give your contribution in launching new Marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing EssilorLuxottica's presence in the world. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams like Product, Visual Merchandising and PR for daily activities, as well as getting exposure to the E-commerce and Digital teams for visibility plans implementation.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

 

·  You will provide weekly and monthly business analysis, develop appropriate business reviews & reporting segments trends, targets or other opportunities.
·  You will prepare and follow up on communication briefs/assets creation with both license and internal teams to ensure all touchpoints will be covered each campaign; you will support set up and coordination of special projects cross geographies/departments, as well as the development distribution/monitoring/reporting of VM tools in collaboration with VM team. You will prepare ad hoc summary documentation to expose to your manager and team with your analysis, campaigns/projects recap providing insights and suggestions.
·  You will present new collections to internal and external (i.e. doc development, presentation to sales events) and coordinate training/sales tools development in collaboration with Product team.
·  You will manage SAP invoicing and monitoring of marketing expenses on a daily & monthly base. You will support the coordination of the shipments, learning how the Logistic Management is important to make sure that our products/selling tools are always ready for our customers.
·  Teamwork is key. You will be collaborating with internal and external resources, including licensor, agency partners to develop effective & impactful plans.
·  80% of work will be in English and you will lead most conversations with international teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

 

·  One previous experience is preferred (we are not considering more than one year of experience post graduation) or you are currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Master’s level degree study.
·  You are a quantitative analysis lover, a true Excel addict
·  Fluent English, this is a must.

·  You are creative, passion for beauty, a PPT enthusiast.
·  You believe that without your team nothing is possible.
·  Did you work or study abroad? This is great!
·  You at ease in remote working.
·  You have sensibility towards luxury/jewelry brands and curiosity on product features & fashion trends.
·  Background: International Business; Management; Marketing; Economics; Project Management
