Operations Manager

Job description

We’re looking for an brilliant Operations Manager to join our growing team in Paris! In this role, you will be building parts of our core operations from scratch, designing processes and thinking of smarter ones, and continuously improve the performance of the company. We want someone who has the ability to think about smarter ways to improve our operations, with the hands-on and ownership mentality of getting things done.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a challenge, and thrives in a small, fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving is a must, as well as ability to work under deadlines. You are not afraid of changes or getting your hands dirty. And most importantly, you are excited about re-imagining insurance at lovys and building a long-lasting company.

**Responsibilities**
* Building core parts of the company's operations
* Pushing for excellent performance of different areas (in customer experience and profitability)
* Identify pain-points and solve problems through data analysis and creativity
* Designing robust processes and continuously think of better ones!
* Liaise with partners and internal stakeholders, to make things happen
* Training and growing different teams

Desired profile

**Required profile**
* **Fluency in French and English are a must**
* Fluent in French and English (other languages are a plus)
* 3-5 years of operations and/or very hands-on project management experience
* Bias towards execution, with ownership mentality and attention to detail
* Excellent stakeholder management, gaining support from partners and internal teams
* Ability to apply critical thinking skills to identify key levers and priorities
* Background in insurance / consulting / investment banking / start-ups
* Bachelor's degree (Bac+5/Master) in Engineering, Economics, Math, Management or related
