YOUR MISSION:

The LAB OPERATIONS Graduate Program (Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Care) includes immediate hiring and starts with a year of two job rotations, which allows you to experience 2 different six-month roles. This includes:

·  one Customer Logistics experience;
·  and the second one in Demand & Supply Planning function.

A unique occasion to increase your portfolio of skills before startingyour role in the L'Oréal Operations Team within one of our Divisions (Consumer Products, Luxe, Cosmetique Active, Professional Products). SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

-You are recently graduated or you are finishing your MA degree (Engineering / Management / Economics);

-You are fluent in English and Italian, another foreign language will be considered a plus;

-You have a work experience of at least 6 months in a multinational company in Operations;

-Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to multi-task and to work in a team and a hunger for new challenges.
