The job

With an initial 1 year contract, the resource will be responsible for the implementation of the Sales Force system in Italy (mobile app and back office administration). His or her objectives are to support the project manager with the system setup, testing the system, providing viable input, assuring functionality and after go live support. The key user will also be an agent of change, facilitating the transformation of business operations and distributing knowledge to other users in the organization.

He or she will refer to the local project manager.

Main tasks

·  Identify user needs
·  Analyze the impacts of proposed solutions on processes, considering the ease of use for users, the coverage of basic needs for the back office and the front office and the user satisfaction
·  Conduct data upload, system setup and application testing
·  Contribute to business process documentation
·  Contribute to preparation of local training material and conduct/coordinate training for users (commercial teams and back office admin)
·  Controlling system functionality and provision of resolutions for potential issues

The ideal profile

·Good understanding of overall local business operations

·Knowledge of back office administration and used to work with SAP, BOOST

·Knowledge of sales operations

·Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting

·Preferably some IT affinity

·Good English skills
